Lightest to darkest. Each roast highlights a different facet of the same bean.
🌾 Blanco Blonde — lightest
Pale, gentle roast. Milk chocolate, lemon zest, toasted almond. Soft, tea-like body. Best: pour over, drip, Aeropress.
☕ Medium — balanced
Classic warmth. Brown sugar, soft citrus, nutty finish. Best: any brew method.
🔥 Espresso — dark-medium
Past medium-dark. Dark chocolate, baked apple, hazelnut. Syrupy body, oily surface. Best: espresso, moka, milk drinks.
🌑 French — dark, smoky
Surface oils, smoky depth. Bittersweet chocolate, charred caramel, pipe tobacco. Best: drip, French press, cold brew.
⚫ Italian — darkest
Roasted to the edge. Char, dark chocolate, roasted nut. Heavy body, oily, low acidity. Best: espresso, moka, short blacks.
