By placing an order with DeValor Coffee Co., you agree to these terms.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We
reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are listed
in US dollars and are subject to change without notice, though we
honor the price at the time you placed your order.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of order. We accept payment through
our integrated payment processors. Your card is charged when the
order is placed.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Coffee is
roasted in batches and we ship as soon as your order is roasted and
packaged. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping costs and times depend on your location and the method
selected at checkout.
Product
Coffee is a perishable agricultural product. Flavor and roast
characteristics may vary slightly batch to batch. Photos are
representative and actual product may differ in minor visual ways.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once shipped, the refund
policy applies.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the
purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California,
United States. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be
resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
